Head Chef
A very hard worker. Our loyal head chef has been working within the catering trade for some time now. With his vast experience, Tai leads and trains the kitchen personel with smooth clarity. He always looks for improvements within the food quality and recipes. With Tai on board, we can know that the kitchen management is in very good hands.
Ray
Marketing and Website Manager
In charge of the website, Tripadvisor, Google and Instagram accounts and restaurant marketing, Ray is the publicist for Zen Garden...

A terrific guy as he is. Mr Zong has the passion for cooking and catering with the vast experience as great as Tai's. Mr Zong likes to bring innovation to the kitchen with presentation, service style and even in recipe.
Abel
Kitchen Asssitant
Abel is an extremely hard working addition to the kitchen team. A nice guy that he is, he is always willing to help out anywhere and has been a keen learner. Currently picking things up at a high pace as time goes by, he hopes to be a very successful all rounder for the team.
